What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any product to us provided it is returned within 14 days of the invoice date and is unopened, sealed and in original condition. The product will be returned at your own cost. Once the product has been received we will contact you for your banking details for the refund of the product only.
If a product is either damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can arrange for our courier to collect. Once we have received the product we will arrange to exchange for another product or a full refund of the cost of the product.

What can I expect to pay for delivery?
Major Centers including Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg include free delivery in the supported delivery areas. Outlying areas may take up to 7 working days.
